This game-day punch keeps the THC out of the bowl. Make a big-batch zero-proof fruit punch base, then each guest pours one 12 oz can of Wonder Water into their own glass, so everyone knows their dose: 5mg or 10mg, as labeled on the can.
Why it works
A shared bowl of THC punch makes it impossible to know how much anyone is drinking. Keeping the base THC-free and adding one can per glass gives every guest one clear, labeled serving, and anyone who wants a no-THC drink can have the punch on its own.
Ingredients (one serving)
- For the base (about 8 glasses): 3 cups pineapple juice, 2 cups orange juice, 1/2 cup fresh lime juice, 1 orange and 1 lime, sliced, and ice
- Per glass: 1 can (12 oz) Wonder Water THC seltzer, 5mg or 10mg as labeled. Lime and Peach Ginger both work well.
Method
- Stir the pineapple juice, orange juice and lime juice together in a pitcher or punch bowl and add the fruit slices. Keep it cold.
- Fill each glass with ice and about 3 oz of the punch base.
- Each guest opens one can of Wonder Water and tops their own glass.
- Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice.
- Label the bowl "no THC" and keep the Wonder Water cans separate, so guests choose their own.
One serving per person. Wait before having another: effects can be delayed by two hours or more. Zero proof only, so do not add beer, wine or liquor. Do not drive after drinking it.
