- Hemp-Derived THC: The Basics: Hemp-derived THC is Delta-9 THC from hemp; this explains what that means and what is in our drinks.
- How to Read a THC Drink Label: Every can and bottle lists THC per serving and per container; here is how to read both.
- How to Choose a THC Dose: Start low with a 5mg can or a measured pour, and wait before having more.
THC drinks vs. alcohol
- THC Drinks vs. Alcohol: How They Compare: THC drinks are zero-proof and dosed in milligrams, not proof, and they are still intoxicating.
- Low-Dose THC Seltzer: Wonder Water 5mg vs. 10mg: Wonder Water comes in 5mg and 10mg cans; 5mg is the place to start.
